A chain is only as strong as its weakest link. This also holds true for an organization. Artistico’s team is carefully built with the “chain” concept in mind. It starts at the top and, at Artistico, the management chain is as strong as any organization’s can be.
Marco Ciotti, President of Artistico Construction, has pure craftsmanship running through his veins. As a child Marco learned the true art of European construction by his father, Antonio, who was born and raised in Italy. It was in Italy that Antonio learned to become a master carpenter and craftsman and passed his unique skills to Marco.
At a young age Marco began building things that amazed his father and continued doing this into his early teens. Antonio decided to give Marco more complex tasks to get a real feel for Marco’s ability. Marco performed each task with mastery for such a young boy. Antonio was convinced and Marco was hooked. He began to feel a love for all forms of construction and was destined to be a master carpenter and craftsman himself. When Marco launched Artistico, he not only relied on the construction teachings of his father, but also on other important lessons such as values and ethics. The birth of Artistico Construction was a destiny realized.
Marco would be best described as detailed-oriented, organized, efficient, personable, and a true perfectionist. His priority is to the client. Everything else is second.
Anthony Crisanti is Marco’s brother-in-law and one of Artistico’s first employees. Anthony was also initially trained by Marco’s father, Antonio, which is what we credit his acute abilities. As Project Manager he oversees scheduling, quality control and personnel on each project, which includes the project coordinator that’s assigned to the project.
Anthony is an extremely skilled construction manager who pays the utmost attention to all details of each project. He attended the University of Illinois where he studied Architecture and Building Design.
Andrew Kahl is Artistico’s Shop Forman. All cabinetry work begins and ends with the involvement of Andrew. Anybody would be hard-pressed to find someone with the natural abilities that Andrew possesses. He truly masters the art of creating beautiful custom cabinetry for homes.
Andrew’s career began as a furniture maker’s apprentice under the finest group of furniture makers on Martha’s Vineyard. When put to practice at a young age he proved to his mentors that he had a special talent. Looking to broaden his talents he left the island and found a home at Artisitico. He quickly proved to Marco that he had the right stuff and within only a few months Marco promoted Andrew to Shop Forman. Andrew is a one-of-a-kind leader, who shares in the “customer first” philosophy that is instilled at Artistico.
